A simple tee nut for 4040 8040 etc aluminium extrusion with an M5 suitable hole. An M5 screw self-threads easily into the 5mm hole. Can be inserted and extracted directly, no need to slide in from the ends. I used it to hang a mains extension lead. Probably not recommended for anything structural!
