The locking latch broke on my Shreddar crossbow. I found a locking latch on Thingiverse for the Hell Hawk crossbow which is the same. However firing 3d printed bolts that are a little lighter causes a shock and the latch breaks right away so I made some improvements. This should also work on the Cobra 80lb crossbow. They are basically the same thing. * Thicker * Better latch geometry * Reinforced at the weak spot by the latch cut. I printed mine out of Nylon. I would suggest PETG minimum. PLA+ or ABS might work but I'm not sure how long they would last.
