80mm Fan Adapter

80mm Fan Adapter

thingiverse

This replaces the factory supplied 'turbo' fan of 40-50mm with a 80mm case fan of your choosing, I used a CoolerMaster, with rifle bearings to make it nice and quiet, and went with a slow speed since I am already almost quadrupling the amount of airflow. Mounts in the factory spot, with factory screws. Print Settings Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20% Notes: I used supports (bed only), but ended up not needing them. Printed in ABS and it is fairly sturdy. How I Designed This Designed this (very clumsily) in OnShape as a trial for what might be possible. Not a bad 3D software especially since I can pull stuff up on my phone and work on it. This is the link to the public version to modify at your hearts content. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5801356b596faf10715dd3bf/w/fc6ba0a64c9435138ce84c62/e/42588b381273a99359110527
