A drone LiPo battery protector for those smaller ~55mm long 850mAh batteries and smaller 16mm wide battery straps. The strap sits in the middle of the pack if your battery is about 55mm long. A balance lead connector hole is provided in the rear of the sled to keep your balance leads away from your props. The 30° launch angle gives you instant forward acceleration off the line so you always get the holeshot. Print Settings Infill: 100 Notes: Print on its side using a flexible material like TPU. How I Designed This This protector was designed from scratch in the same style as the EgoDrift and SkullDrones LiPo protectors. I used a single sketch and designed the side profile, then added an extrude and a 3mm filet for outer corners and 1mm filet for inner corners. I added the Falcon logo by importing the SVG into QCAD, scaling it down, then adding an extrude to the middle portion of the sketch.
