This is a crank that can be used for manual jogging of a leadscrew-driven axis when the stepper is not powered. It's easier to use than grasping the leadscrew itself with your fingers. Designed for the Cyclone PCB, but can be used on any 8mm leadscrew. The captive nut for the set screw is designed to be heat-staked.
