I made these to compensate for smooth rods sitting in fixtures that had oversize holes or holes that got reamed too large either intentionally or in error. If you use any other size rod, it's simple enough to scale this up or down. Primarily used on my all-metal SmartRap before I tore it down to build an MPrime One. Print Settings Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer: Solidoodle 3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 100% Notes: Make this solid so you can drill into it or do other stuff. Print a bunch of these and use wherever. Post-Printing Add M2.5 or M3 hardware I used (variably) M2.5 and M3 screws and nuts.
