If you have the 9 inc Harbor Freight bandsaw you will find out really quick that it does not do good with aluminum, You will heat it up quick and kill the blade within 5 cuts. Currently this goes from 28T to 84T. I am using a 196XL037 Timing Belt. I got the I idea from https://www.thingiverse.com/hyudryu/designs But since he only gave a STL this isnt really a remake. I did use https://festi.info/boxes.py/Pulley?language=en to get the pulley/gear design. I cut my out of PVC. But I am sure this can be printed. OH the zipties are to keep the gear from wondering off. I took a little too much off the stock to leave. I should have only taken .004 instead of .008.
