This is a sprocket I made for a large Solar Tracker I built. youtube.com/watch?v=Xj-fqcNuqIk&context=C3a3cbd0ADOEgsToPDskKnJlu7Qa_3ZtIJa_xQ_wmG It mounts on the 6mm shaft of a 10 turn pot. The pot is used for Azimuth position feedback. Instructions I am in the long line for a Makerbot Replicator - I won't get mine till April so I haven't printed this yet. The part has radiused/chamfered edges for a professional look and to prevent stress risers - fillets are our friends! It has cutouts for Boltdepot.com 4mm jam nut (#13570).
