There are lots of battery trays for cylindrical batteries on Thingiverse, but not much for 9V batteries. The stl file is for six 9V batteries, but the scad file will let you customize for any quantity. Instructions Adjust the "BatteryMargin" variable if the battery holes are too big or too small. Worked fine on my Thing-O-Matic.
