I am starting to build my own 3D printer using 4545 aluminium profile and I found the parts to be expensive in my country so I decided to make my own. Here is an L bracket that fits snugly inside the 4545 profile and has 2 M4 nut cutouts and a M4 screw hole to tight it in place.
