I needed a quick down converter from a 90mm downpipe to a 65mm pipe. You might need to scale up and down 1-2% depending on you pla/petg shrinkage / expansion etc. You could just try printing the first 5mm to see if it fits your pipe before committing to a full print. I have two of these buried in the yard and working right now. I did paint with undercoat/sealant as I did not know what the ground moisture will do to PLA. However, at my house its not a super critical application if it fails. YMMV. Have fun.
