Please post a few of your makes I would love to see them. Check out my remixes for other ammo can sizes and trays. This is actually a remix from 9mm_Luger___45_ACP_Ammo_Tray_for_USGI_30_Cal_Box_5995338. Apparently, it was removed as I cannot find it to give credit, so I added it here. The tray they had was slightly too long to fit my USCCA and Bunker hill boxes, so I made one to fit using their design as a starting point. I made one tray that has 70 rounds in it but the bottom can be hard to get fingers in if you have bigger hands. So, I made a second tray that has 68 rounds to get fingers in better. I made a couple extra trays to use as covers in case i didn't want to bring the whole can to the range also made the bands to hold them together, so no rounds fall out. I fit 10 trays in a box (680 - 700 rnds in box) the top 2 covered with the bands on ready to grab and go. (I just added a 45acp tray that is designed for the projectile to point down. It is the way my friend wanted it orientated. because of size it only holds 46 rounds for this size can. Also, no bands for it because of the rounded cup. I will have to make a flat bottom tray to use as cover and then a band. Have the flat and band for 45 now.) Updated tray now has 53 rnds. added 223 tray. I was asked to make open top trays to make it like a standard box. I just updated the designs to include this option.
