Removing bullets from a moon clip is difficult and I wanted an easier method. Several designs quite similar to this are available on amazon for $40+ which is way to much. I don't own a higher caliber so you maybe able to resize the print to 110% or 120% to probably get it to work with .45 or .38 Print settings should be pretty straight forward no supports needed and no fine detail required at all. Printing low quality won't matter and infill can be default it doesn't matter.
