9mm Wide GT2 Belt Idler Pulley for MPCNC

WORK IN PROGRESS - NOT TESTED Intended to replace the fender washer and speed washer, and allow use of 9mm wide GT2 belt on the MPCNC. (I ordered the wrong belt) Initial test FAILED. 1) Requires ~2mm standoff washer (flattened lock washer and speed/sae washer) between bearing and roller mount. 2) ABS shrunk dramatically, had to re-print with an ID of 24mm to fit 22mm bearings. 3) Raise the thickness (IdlerOD) to bearingOD+4, with only 1mm, it flexes significantly, which will cause the belt to wear out prematurely. Uploaded IdlerPulleyMK2, Idler OD is 26, belt width is 9.5mm, bearingOD is still 22mm (you can always sand it out if it shrinks) Print Settings Printer: CTC Bizer MK8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 100% (shouldn't need infill, too thin) Post-Printing Place on a spindle, and gently sand the belt and bearing area with ~600 grit sand paper, to give a smooth surface for the belt and bearing. Use a thin ring of Gel Super Glue on the inner ring to hold it on the bearing. How I Designed This Made with OpenSCAD, used a bit of one of the Parametric Pulley things on here for some of the shapes. Source included.
