This is a full scale replica of a 30 mm shell used in the A-10 Warthog. The casing and bullet are printed separately, and slide together snugly. Due to some scaling issues in Cura, I scaled the bullet to a diameter of 33.045 mm, and the casing diameter was scaled to match appropriately. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 Infill: 40 Notes: Touching buildplate supports were used. This turned out to be just over 12 hours printing time. How I Designed This Designed in Fusion 360 using scaled photos of 30x173 mm shells.
