You'll want to print two main screw knobs. You're going to need two screws with grip nuts for a 2020 profile, and these usually come with the printer as spares. Additionally, you'll need two ball bearings for minimal friction. The dimensions are: ID - 15mm, OD - 35mm, width - 10mm. This is my first published design, and I hope you like it.
