A Better X Bracket

A Better X Bracket

Hello, I have seen a few of these here but none that I liked. So I made these and made a Ender 2 style printer to test and see how well it holds up. I could add a second rail and second Z rod but it holds the rail with no wobble and it prints nice. Besides this is a worse case test. Prints are even better than my CR-10 Pro or Ender 3 Pro. I thought that I would post it here in case anyone wishes to have them. Please print with 50 to 90 infill. The stronger the part the better. Clamping down with the screws will crush a low infill and may pull the axis out of alignment. This test printer was made with a MKS Base v1.5 board and a 3.2 TFT touch screen. I placed the Extruder on the top 2020 rail above the 2040 Z extrusion. This made the X axis lighter and greatly improved printing. With the lighter rails I can print faster without any ringing or wobbling in the prints. I do hope you enjoy the parts and if you are building a printer from scratch this is a good start with a few other part here you to can build a very nice printer for a few dollars and a little printing time.
