Here is a clip I designed to hold a 40mm pipe against the wall. The backside is flat so that the clip can be fixed with double-sided adhesive or glue, as I didn't want to ruin the surface I'll be attaching these clips onto. If you need screw holes, they're really easy to add in Fusion or just you can just drill them into the clip.
