This is a simple connector between Canon Camera and a Helios lens from Soviet Zenith camera. I made it with my Prusa Air 2. Instructions Print both parts, glue them together. Then you'll need to cut a thread on the second part (be sure to print it thick enough for it, I used 5 perimeters and 0.35mm nozzle)
