A direct drive bowden extruder for 1.75mm and a MK8 style hobbed pulley. The SketchUp Make is almost completely parametrizable, so it can be adjusted to fit other hobbed pulleys as well. I have used a 13x8mm, 5mm bore brass hobbed pulley, because it was easy to acquire in Germany (www.fabber-parts.de). Parted used: • 1x Nema 17 stepper motor • 1x hobbed pulley 13x8mm, 5mm bore or similar • 1x 5mm OD push-fit bowden connector (add another one for bowden inlet version) • 1x 604zz bearing • 1xthreaded rod 1xM4x12mm • 2x M4 washer • 1x M5x10mm head screw • 3x M3x8mm head screws • 1x M3x30mm head screw • 5x M3 washers • 2x compression spring 4mm ID • 2x M3x50mm head screw with suitable length for the selected spring • 2XPlates aluminium 6x3x30mm with holes and threads
