A door stop that actually works

thingiverse

This is a door stop that actually works. Well at least on carpet. When printed at 100% it can accept floor to door distance from 0.2 inches to 1 inch. Scale accordingly. It should also work nicely on concrete or rough floors. I doubt it will be as effective as a rubber stop on slick floors such as tile or hardwood. In this case, wrap a thick rubber band around it lengthwise. If you have suggestions for improvement or an issue that you think could be overcome, definitely leave a comment. I can update the model.
