To guarantee accurate positioning of both the x-axis and y-axis, it's advisable to assemble a Prusa i3 using a jig. Assembling with a jig makes the process much easier. All you need to do is utilize a laser cutter to cut along the black lines, as the red lines are simply for reference purposes.
