A tool for cutting 2020 aluminium extrusion (other sizes can be accommodated by editing roller_cutting_jig.py) . The rollers roll along with the saw, which keeps the saw from being able to cut the rollers. You also get immediate feedback if the saw is not straight, because then one roller stops spinning. Parts: 4x 3mm ID 7mm OD 3mm height ball bearings, 4x m3 screws, 6mm or longer. A couple M4x16 screws and a couple extrusion nuts for holding it in place securely. Made using an early version of Alg123d Recommended material: PETG. Recommended print orientation: as in the files.
