I was making experiments with gravity, inertia and contact, just for fun. This model was the first result. Others were Fishes Falling Ball I Wooden Toy and Fishes Falling Ball II Wooden Toy. The "analysis" picture shows how the center of mass changes with/without the steel sphere. Modeled with Solidworks 2015. Rendered with Simlab Composer 6 Mechanical Edition. Frames edited with Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP. Video remuxed to MP4 with MyMP4BoxGui. Gif made with Gifapp. Renders edited with IrfanView. Model available in Solidworks 2015, DAE, STEP, IGES, STL, Parasolid, OBJ, SketchUp and 3DS.
