This compact air scrubber design efficiently filters ABS nano-particulates from your Replicator 3D printer's enclosed space. It utilizes a readily available high static pressure fan, air filter, and an innovative elastic band assembly for easy filter replacement and suspension system to isolate vibration. The exhaust passes filtered air out of the Replicator case through a simple design with insets for hold-down magnets. Despite its efficiency, it's crucial to ventilate your workspace well due to potential residual ABS vapors. Elastic bands provide noise isolation and optimal airflow control. After initial use, optional exhaust cowl can be added to minimize turbulence and improve negative interior case pressure. To further optimize usage, plug the upper chassis holes to prevent vapor leakage and consider partially blocking the rear cover for enhanced negative pressure. This design features readily available parts, minimal print components without support structures, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
