A Tuna's Rack for Magnets

This mod is to allow mounting of 12mm dia magnets into the POMD rack. It also replaces the center section that had an error where it was not fully connected. You could just stick them on the standard file but it would stick out a bit. I will be using 12mm x 2mm N52 magnets for top and bottom as 13mm as specified by the original design is hard to find where I live. It also adds support between the magnet plate and the central section. Just to make sure its nice and solid. Not tested yet but will post a pic when its fitted.
