A TUSH - Adjustable "the ultimate spool holder"

thingiverse

Hello there I printed filamentry's spoolholder, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554, and found it to be a great design. however I had issues with my bigger spools falling of it and the bearing breaking off the little pressfit knobs, maybe thats also on me and my infill settings. In the end I decided to redesign the idea and voila. My design is making use of ABEC9 ball bearings, super easily available. The aluminium rods are 8mm in diameter to fit the bearings and also stabilize the design. you can either cut the rods to a lenght to only fit one spool or make them longer and be able to slide it up and down depending on your used spool size. Cheers guys, let me know what you think PS: You obviously just need to print the Part.stl file ;) UPDATE: I found that smaller spools can lead to problems due to them sitting on top on an enforcement bar. So I just cleared that area, the part is otherwise still the same.
