Update 9/2/2022 Added a "Simple" 1:72 version with fewer parts. The A7V was a heavy tank introduced by Germany in 1918 during World War I. One hundred chassis were ordered in early 1917, ten to be finished as fighting vehicles with armoured bodies, and the remainder as Überlandwagen cargo carriers. They were used in action from March to October 1918, and were the only tanks produced by Germany in World War I to be used in combat. This model was created from scatch using Blender3d with 3d printing in mind, some slight alterations to the real tank might be visible. This Model has two main version, an FDM version scaled to 1:35 scale, where the bigger parts can be easily be printed on a fdm printer, still having some high detail parts that require a Resin printer, This version is comprised of 36 parts, 8 of which can be printed on any printer with no issue, and the remaining parts, that realistically require a resin printer for the best look. The Resin version is scaled to 1:72, meaning it requires a resin printer for almost every part, this version is best for people with smaller printers or limited space for models. if needed i can always include different scales or modify parts for different reasons, just let me know. The model measurements after printing are: 1:35 or 100% scale: 215 mm x 93 mm x 94 mm 1:48 or 73% scale: 157 mm x 68 mm x 68 mm 1:72 or 48.6% scale: 104 mm x 45 mm x 46 mm 1:100 or 1:35% scale: 75 mm x 32 mm x 33 mm Both versions have the same amount of pieces but i will be modifying the resin version to have less parts, therefore simplifying the printing process. If you find any issues, please let me know and ill make sure to fix it I do have plans to add a modify version of the tank, an all terrain tractor with the same tracks.
