I have syringe extruders, i cant mount them on my printer. its too big. So you just leave the extruder and run plastic tube from the syringe to the printer carriage. The actual tip holder slides up and down on a pair of 3mm rods (old DVD drives). rods need to be snug. even the moving part needs to be snug, but still moveable. The aim is to have a cm or two to spare to keep your tip from crashing into the print bed. print with PLA as best as you can to make sure layers adhere. Printed in pla+ black and around 240c You need a nylon zip tie to clamp the tubing-female luer lock fitting in place.
