On NiMH batteries, accidental discharge is a real fire hazard as the battery overheats and melts everything around it.<br>This design takes advantage of compliance of single-walled prints and minimizes print time and filament use to create a robust enclosure that prevents stray discharge when tumbling around in a container with other random things.</p><p>To use: flex the mouth of the battery holder open by squeezing it along the longest axis.</p><p>aaa3: a 3-battery version for AAA</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print in any material; you'll be able to see the battery label if printed in translucent material. Designed for 0.4mm nozzle. Can be printed in vase mode but I doubt you'll need just the one.</p>
