AA Battery Case for 3 Double-A Batteries

<p>I needed a durable storage box for 3 AA batteries, so made a couple quick edits to my <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3527155">3AAA Battery Box</a> and "Voilà!"</p> <p>Found that I needed to add .05 mm to the clearance around the batteries for easy sliding (as opposed to the AAA batteries). Also, the width of the sidewalls matters, to be a clean multiple of the extrusion width to get the proper friction fit for the lid.</p> <p>Posted here, is the final result of a progression to get it 'just right." The lid does not fall off. Stays secure in your gear bag, boat, car glove box, or wherever you stash it.</p> <p>This print is in PETG. Works equally well in PLA. This makes the cleanest zipper on each. Other settings for seam, and locating on build plate differently, will give different seam patterns if you print the parts at the same time.
