AA Battery Holder for 6 volts

This is a battery holder to deliver 6V by linking 4 AA batteries in series. Post-Printing Assembly I used ABS. Two parts are glued together to form one piece. A tab in each section ensures the polarity is aligned properly. Three 1/4"x1-5/8"xx0.016" brass bars are used to connect the batteries. The thin bars slide into slots at the ends of the battery holder then bent in to form contacts for the batteries. Two small brass bolts (#4-40 x 3/8") serve as terminals to which wires can be connected with nuts or soldered. Polarity of the batteries is marked in the ends of the holder.
