AA battery holder with Keystone 209 Cell Leaf Spring Battery contact

7/1/2020: This is a design I did for a AA battery holder, using a Keystone 209 battery contact. Version 1 (v1) allows you to clip the connector over the edge (the "V" shape facing up). Version 2 (v2) has a slot that the connector fits firmly in (the "V" shape facing down). Each version as a tabs and no tabs version and each one has a mounting hole for a screw in the middle. There are also multiple battery versions (1 to 4) of each variety. I am also working on a single battery model that has some connection pins/holes in the side so you can connect as many as you want together, side by side. That will be posted as soon as I verify a print. The Keystone 209 connectors were obtained on ebay, called "Keystone 209 Cell Leaf Spring Battery contact". The clip slides on v1 pretty easily but is less secure until a battery is inserted. The connector has a snug friction fit in the v2 model. Based on you printer calibration the fit may vary. 7/3/20: Added the 2/3/4 battery models for v1 and v2. Added a new design that has tabs to join multiple battery holders together. A little post-processing may be needed to slightly enlarge hole - only file a little as a time until you get a snug fit.
