This is a AA dummy battery. It is used to drop the voltage of a AA pack by 1.5v. Instructions Print out and drill a hole in each end. Place wire in groove with bare wire going into each whole in order to pass the voltage through onto the next cell effectively dropping the voltage by 1.5v.
