MBTA 3321 - The last trolley built in Massachusetts. Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) 3299 and 3321 These “PCC” Cars are trolley cars built in 1951 by the Pullman-Standard company of Worcester, MA, for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA), later to become the MBTA.
