Abby Hatcher Fuzzly Spotter

My daughter is really into the Abby Hatcher TV show on Nickelodeon. There are basically no toys available to go with the show so I took it upon myself. This is Abby Hatcher's wrist watch called the Fuzzly Spotter. It's something I whipped up quick, but figure other parents may want to print it for their kids too. Use a piece of 1.75mm filament pressed tightly into the hinge holes (2mm hole) as the hinge pin. I folded over a paperclip 180 degrees and wiggled it through the hole to make it a little wider/clean up debris. May require a heated up paperclip to open the hole up a bit if still too tight. Loop on a velcro strap (wire management one), sew on elastic strap, or other strap of your choice. Strap opening is 17 mm wide, enough to accommodate a 5/8 inch piece of purple elastic (Amazon). I've included a picture in PNG format you can print on a label/sticker for the inside. It needs to be 39mm at maximum. May require minor trimming, but I got it to fit. The top piece (smaller) has detail underneath and requires minimal supports. Printing details up on the top piece requires more supports but should yield a nicer looking print. Revisions: 3/9/2020: Fixed a little gap on the top face. 2/5/2020: Added inside image for printing. 2/4/2020: More hinge improvements (tighter fitting top/bottom), notch to open it, fixed the smile curve, made paws bigger for accuracy, got rid of sharp corners on band mounts, made band mounts smaller for 5/8 inch (<17mm) elastic.
