ABC Clothes Buttons Kit

<h3><strong>Intro</strong></h3><p><i>Having a flash contest is just a great way to improve your design thinking and it's a really nice idea from the Prusa team! I'll definitely have fun doing these contests!</i></p><h3><strong>Design</strong></h3><p>My design for this one is a small clothes buttons <strong>kit</strong> to have with you for that one and only time when you lose a button from your shirt.&nbsp;</p><p>But there is more… I did a 9 holes grid on each button so you can <strong>customize your buttons</strong> with <strong>letters</strong> or <strong>numbers</strong> or <strong>symbols</strong> of your choice. Isn't it cool?&nbsp;</p><p>In the kit, you'll have <strong>10 buttons</strong> and one double <strong>hook</strong> where you can store a thread and needle.</p><p>I made two different kits:</p><ol><li>2mm height buttons kit with an edge that you can 3dprint with different colors<br>&nbsp;</li><li>1mm height buttons kit ton fit in your wallet for "that one time.."</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I did the design and modeling yesterday but today after coming back home from work I found out that there is a similar idea in the contest and it's from <strong>Oxa </strong>which I'll link here&nbsp;<br>( <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/120923-button">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/120923-button</a> ).<br>I would definitely go and like that design too!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Print Settings</strong></h3><p>I always use PrusaSlicer settings as a start point and tweak some parameters based on the filament I use or characteristics I need from the final print.&nbsp;</p><p>For this one, I only change print speed by making it a bit faster.</p><p><strong>No need for support </strong>on this print.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Additional material</strong></h3><p>You will need a needle and thread, that's it!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Here's a video where you can see how to detach a button from the plastic frame.</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/BJmeCT5mpF8"></oembed></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Happy printing and remember… &nbsp;“<strong>Life is a prototype</strong>”</p>
