This spacer was designed for an ABEC 11 / Clone 90mm wheel and diyelectricskateboard.com 36T drive pulley / washer. From the looks of it, this should also work with the enertionboards.com pulley as well, no guarantees. The spacer distributes the pressure over the center of the hub and keeps everything straight. It should keep the hub from cracking due to over tightening the pulley. Slicing settings: 0.2mm height 4 solid layers top and bottom 8 perimeters 35% infill After printing I drilled out the holes with a 1/4in bit. Update 02/21/2016 - Will also work with 83mm wheels. I think I should add that I drill out the hub with a 1/4in bit as well.
