Neue, zweite Absauganlage für den Creality LD002H Resin Drucker, mit Aktivkohlefilter Die Absaugung kann in 3 Modi benutzt werden: 1. Möglichkeit: Die Umrandung Teil 1 mit dem weißen Adapterstück und einem 40 mm Innenmaß-Schlauch. 2. Möglichkeit: Die Umrandung mit dem seitlichen Deckel und dem Aktivkohlefilter mit Teil 4 lang oder kurz - so sollte die Luft aktivkohlegefiltert wieder in den Raum gelangen. 3. Möglichkeit: Einen 60 mm Schlauch dran und diesen dann aus dem Fenster hängen. Hier auch die Rohrabsaugung mit einem 120 mm Lüfter. Zur Montage werden 8 x M3 x 10mm, 8 x M3 Muttern und 4 x M3 x 18 mm Schrauben, 4 Magnete 12 x 3mm und eine Aktivkohlefiltermatte von ca. 12,5 x 14 cm benötigt. Man kann die Teile bestimmt auch verkleben aber... Die Löcher in Verbinder Teil 2 oder im Adapter Teil 5 sind so gemacht, dass man die M3 Schrauben einfach reindrehen kann - dies gibt genug Halt. Wer sich da Inserts einsetzen möchte, kann dies natürlich auch tun. Zum Zusammenbauen: Die Magnete ins Teil 3 einkleben, die Lüfter ans Netzteil bringen und die Teile 2, 3 oder 5 einsetzen. Dann Teil 4 an Teil 3 schrauben, dann das Teil 2 oben auf Teil 3 setzen und verschrauben und zum Schluss dann alles an die Umrandung Teil 1 anschrauben. Am Besten die Schrauben einmal vorher reindrehen um die Löcher vorzubereiten. Nicht vergessen die Aktivkohlefilter einzusetzen. Hinweis: ich würde die Umrandung Teil 1 erst mal paar layer drucken und zu schauen ob dieser passt. Ich werde noch eine Umrandung für meinen zweiten Resin Drucker Phonto Mono X bauen wenn ich dazu komme, wer gern für seinen Drucker eine haben möchte sollte mir die Maße in die Kommentare schreiben.
