The screw didn't quite make it all the way into the drainage hole of my AC, so I reduced the top screw size a bit, which makes the 4 side holes end up about halfway up the hole so that there is space for the condensate to enter the side holes rather than just at the top. I've been using the previous iteration for over a year now, the top hole had ended up getting clogged with some kind of slimy rust-colored residue, so I had to print out a new one.
