Acaia Lunar - Espresso Scale Protection Pad with Rigellian design

The Acaia scale is great for making consistent espresso, especially with the automatic drip-detection. However, the supplied silicon protection pad keeps falling off and is also too small. So I went and designed a new protection pad for the top, as well as for the bottom. The Rigellian design was kindly provided by [Stationjack](https://www.facebook.com/StationjackArt/) for this pad. I added a bottom protection pad too, with the major purpose that my BFC Junior Elite has an uneven tray. But still I think it is useful for all others too as the Acaia supplied two protection strips are fairly small. I used double sided adhesive tape to stick it to the bottom of the scale.
