Our kids had trouble with some of the generic "Accelerator Throttle Speed Control" pedals we use on our modified Power Wheels with ESC setups and variable throttles. The generic and commonly used pedals have a spring rate that is fairly stiff for a 4 or 5 year old kid, so I simply created a pedal face extension to more leverage to depress the pedal. It's worked great for our kids so far and was enough to do the trick. Print face down. Recommended to use 4 top / bottom layers for bending strength, as well as an infill pattern that provides lines that go along the length of the part to help resist the bending from the end of the pedal back to the screws where it mounts. This has worked well for us for months, but use at your own risk. Pay attention to the details provided in the dimensions I included to check for fit-up to your application, as well as screw lengths. I was able to simply remove the (2) screws, install the pedal extension, and reinstall the original screws with plenty of thread engagement length.
