I was using the handlebar mounts that Shredlights sells, but after a few miles of slightly bumpy road the lights ended up pointing straight down even though I had the mounts as tight as I can pull it. This is my solution, hopefully some might find it useful as well. I measured my bar to be There are two mount options in the files, I test fitted the "normal" one and it fits perfect, the one with the elongated bottom hole is in case you want to angle your light up or down by a few degrees, just angle it and slip in a rubber strip or rolled up electrical tape in the gaps to set it. The small rectangle hole is for a ziptie to go through and attached to the aluminum bracket that holds the bullbars. I didn't test print the adjustable version, but it should work. This used to look a little prettier before I simplified it to this block to save on filament and reduce the need for support, I printed it with the large flat side down and just had to take out the support materials in the two holes and sand it down a bit. I measured my bars to be 20mm. The hole's radius in this is 10.5mm for possible variances, if you find it too loose, add a piece of electrical tape to the bar before sliding the mount on.
