Acer S220HQL VESA Mount

There are several VESA mount adapters for Acer monitors published, but none of them fit the bracket for the S220HQL, which has a slightly different screw spacing and placement than the other brackets. This remix adapts the mounting end for the S220HQL, and cuts out a slot for the DVI port. Note that the hole for the DVI port only works if you're using an X-Style VESA mount. If you're screwing on to a plate, you'll need to find a 90-degree adapter to plug into the DVI port. Please see @Juanca_M21's comments in the original thing. The important part is that you need to put three long (~15mm long) 3mm screws into the holes in the front of the mount to reinforce the base. Note that I typically publish source for my models -- but this is a remix of a model that wasn't originally created in OpenSCAD, and my remix involves importing the STL into OpenSCAD and making additions and deletions to it, which makes for some really ugly and unwieldy code. If you really want the source for some reason, leave a comment and I'll see what I can do about cleaning it up and uploading it.
