If you make your own Amiibos for ACNH, or any Animal Crossing game for that matter, I designed some holders that work perfect for them. They're made to use the NTAG 215 NFC tags. You make your Amiibo and stick to the round insert. Insert the...insert into the leaf, and boom, it works. I tested one the plain one and it worked fine, I have not test printed the detailed one, or the holder yet, but the holder is made to hold an entire island's worth of Amiibos.
