Acrylic Monogram

The objective for this project was to create an object to vector cut from acrylic. I decided to create a simple monogram using my first initial and a swirly background pattern in Adobe Illustrator. The design measures 3 and 1/8" in diameter and was printed on black acrylic. Instructions This project was created with a 40 watt Epilog Engraver; the raster engraving was set at 100% speed and 50% power and the vector cutting was set to 12% speed, 100% power, and 5000 Hz frequency.
