Action cam bracket for Hase Lepus 48mm

This is a bracket mount for attaching an action cam to a 48mm tube, such as the one on the Hase Lepus recumbent bike. The tube at the front of the bike has a different diameter and the mount also needs extra height to avoid having the front head tube in the middle of the screen.
