Active Computer Speakers

This is a design for a pair of small computer speakers. It is designed so that one speaker houses the amplifier circuit and the the second speaker is passive. Note all parts have been tested and all will print without supports for any printer that can print a 45 degree overhang without supports. The speaker is 130mm high and wide and 70mm deep. Should fit any speaker between 94mm and 100mm. A smaller speaker could be used however a new fixing ring or other means of fixing the speaker would be required. For the active speaker: * Speaker Front with cutout for power switch, volume knob and speaker * Speaker Back with cutouts for 2xRCA inputs, 1xRCA output (to supply the passive speaker) and 1xDC input jack. For the passive speaker * Speaker Front with just speaker cutout * Speaker Back with single cutout for RCA input For both speakers * Concentric circle style speaker grill * Speaker fixing ring The enclosure was designed for a simple round speaker driver approx 100mm in diameter which has no built in means of fixing (i.e. It doesn't have any lugs that protrude outside the circumference of the driver). The speaker driver attaches to the inside of the speaker by sitting in a round recess. A fixing ring then sits on top of a lip around the speaker edge and fixed in place with 3mm self tapping screws. This sandwiches the speaker between the ring and the body of the speaker leaving it unable to move. The power switch recess is designed for one of these to clip in - https://www.banggood.com/5pcs-12V-Round-Rocker-Toggle-ON-or-OFF-Switch-3-Pins-Push-Button-Switch-p-1046835.html?cur_warehouse=CN&ID=223&rmmds=search The volume knob needs to be a twin style pot to control the stereo volume. My implementation required good quality, with high volume not needed so I used a pair of 5w speakers out of an old cassette stereo and paired it with 2x5w amplifier boards (https://www.banggood.com/5pcs-XY-SP5W-5128-Mini-Class-D-Digital-Amplifier-Board-5W-Mono-Audio-Power-Amplifier--p-1457269.html?cur_warehouse=CN&rmmds=search) which provides ample volume to fill a small room. I could have used a small stereo board but I used the 2 small class D modules I already had.
