This ballast replacement dummy takes the place of the original headlight ballast on a 2010 Acura TL. When I replaced the HID headlights with new LED lights on my 2010 Acura TL, I was left with a 40mm hole where the original ballast was located. This replacement dummy covers that hole plus has an additional hole to route the wiring from the new LED replacement light.
