[EN] Andonstar 407 microscope PCB Holder. I bought the new Andonstar 407 microscope for professional purposes related to PCB design, soldering and inspection, and designed a PCB holder that worked well for some time. You can download it at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4128609 This previous PCB holder could rotate, but I found out that it was difficult to move the PCB up-down or left-right, and designed this version so the PCB can be moved in any direction or rotate, while firmly attached without the use of any hand. This new holder uses a magnet to keep the holder attached to a metallic surface over the base of the microscope which, unfortunately, is not magnetic. You need: - 2 M3 nuts - 1 low profile magnet from an old Hard Drive, or a neodimium magnet. - 1 rubber band. - A 120mm x 120mm or larger flat piece of metal. - Glue. Follow these steps to build the holder: 1.- cut the metallic surface to fit or exceed the base of the microscope. 2.- Drill two M3 holes 46 mm apart on this surface, and place two screws provided with the microscope. You can trim the screws a bit, or you can use two M3 nuts on top of the surface (see pictures). 3.- 3DPrint the pieces. Print 2 guides. Guide 2 is the same as guide 1, but you can use an M3 screw through the hole to keep it in place. 4.- Glue the magnet to Base (I used two magnets actually). 5.- Glue the Ring piece to Upper piece, but only by exterior side, because Base piece fits inside. 6.- place two Guides to Upper piece, and use one M3 20 mm screw to keep Guide piece tight. 7.- place the rubber band around the two guides. 8.- place the PCB between the guides. Now you can rotate and move the holder using one hand and the holder will keep firmly attached to the base. If the holder is adjacent to the two screws, you will be able to rotate the upper part of the holder around the same SMD component when soldering, which will make this operation easier. Vaig comprar el nou microscopi Andonstar 407 per usos professionals relacionades amb el disseny, la soldadura i la inspecció de PCB, i vaig dissenyar un suport per PCB que va anar bé durant algun temps. Pots descarregar-lo a: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4128609 Aquest suport permitia rotar la PCB, pero era difícil moure la placa PCB amunt-avall o cap els costats i he dissenyat aquesta altra versió perque la PCB es pugui moure en qualsevol direcció o girar, i continuar enganxada sense usar cap mà. Aquest nou suport fa servir un imant per mantenir el suport unit a una superfície metàl·lica superposada a la base del microscopi que, malauradament, no és magnètica. Necessitaras: - 2 cargols de mètrica M3 - 1 imant de perfil baix d'un disc dur o de neodimi. - 1 goma elàstica. - Una planxa de metall plana de 120 mm x 120 mm o més gran. - Pegament. Segueix aquests passos per crear el suport: 1.- talla la superfície metàl·lica perquè s’ajusti o superi la base del microscopi. 2.- Perfora dos forats M3 separats 46 mm a aquesta superfície i cargola-la usant els dos cargols que venen junt amb el microscopi. Pots retallar una mica els cargols o bé utilitzar dos femelles de mètrica M3 a la part superior (vegeu imatges). 3.- Imprimeix les peces. Imprimeix 2 guies. La guia 2 és la mateixa que la guia 1, però permet utilitzar un cargol M3 per mantenir-lo fixe. 4.- Enganxa l'imant a Base (jo n'he necessitat dos imants). 5.- Enganxa la peça Ring a la peça Upper, però només per la part exterior, perquè la peça Base encaixa a l'interior. 6.- Col·loca dues guies a la peça Upper i utilitza el cargol M3 de 20 mm per mantenir-lo ben fixe. 7.- Posa la goma elàstica al voltant de les dues guies. 8.- Posa la PCB entre les guies. Ara pots girar i moure el suport amb una mà i el suport estarà fermament fixat a la base. Si el suport toca els dos cargols, podras girar la part superior del suport al voltant del component SMD sota el microscopi, cosa que facilitarà aquesta operació.
